The next step up from the DJI Air series is the Mavic 3. Now you’re moving into the “prosumer” space with much better cameras, omnidirectional opbstacle avoidance and a richer feature set. This model, the Mavic 3 Classic, is the least expensive in the Mavic line and includes the DJI RC Controller, which adds a screen to the controller. Be sure to add a Sun Hood (see my "Drone Accessories" kit) so you can see the screen better in bright sun.

If you’re looking for an alternative to DJI, you can’t go wrong with Autel. Their Evo II Pro v3 has a 6K camera, omnidirectional obstacle avoidance and a form factor very similar to the DJI Mavic, making it compact and easy to transport.

Moving up from the DJI Mavic 3 Classic to the Mavic 3 Pro adds an even more powerful gimbal that features three cameras.
